    Service Agreement

    Please carefully review the following information in our Service Agreement. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

    Aggressive Behavior: For the safety of both your pet and our groomer, Fur-bulous does not accept aggressive dogs. Aggressive behaviors include biting, snapping, violent movements, or any extreme reactions to the groomer or tools. If your dog exhibits these behaviors, we recommend seeking behavioral training before scheduling our services.

    Vaccination: While we encourage all vaccinations to be current, only the rabies vaccine is required at the time of service. Please provide proof of vaccination from your vet.

    Dematting: Matted coats require extra care and attention, and we charge an additional $2 per minute of dematting. If the matting is too severe, we may opt to shave your dog. Removing matted coats can sometimes cause minor cuts and abrasions, which can be uncomfortable for your dog and costly for you. To avoid matting, we recommend scheduling monthly grooming sessions.

    Senior Dogs and Dogs with Medical Conditions: Grooming can be stressful, especially for senior dogs or those with medical conditions. In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to notify you. You agree to allow us to take your dog to the vet for treatment if necessary, remove us from any potential liability, and assume full financial responsibility.

    Large Dogs: For the quality of our service, we refuse groom dogs weighing over 45 lbs.

    Allergy: If your dog has any allergy, let us know.

    Accidents: While we take every precaution to avoid accidents, dogs can be unpredictable, and incidents may occur. In such cases, you authorize us to take your dog to the vet for treatment if we deem it necessary. We reserve the right to fully charge you for any medical liabilities.

    Fleas/Ticks: Please ensure your dog is on a flea preventative. We do not provide flea/tick prevention services and reserve the right to refuse service to dogs with severe infestations. For treatable cases, we will wash your dog with a flea/tick treatment at an additional charge of $30 and remove up to 5 ticks at $2 per tick.

    Appointment Times: Occasionally, our schedule may run over when dealing with a challenging dog or one that is very young or old. We prioritize safety and quality and will not rush our service. If delays occur, we will notify you of any changes to your appointment time.

    Cancellations/No-Shows: We value your time and expect the same in return. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 1 day in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 1 day of your appointment will result in a charge for the full appointment fee. We have a 15-minute grace period upon arrival at your residence. Clients with an excessive pattern of no-shows or cancellations will be removed from our clientele list.

    Payment: Payment is due at the end of the service and can be made via cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Our email for Zelle is info@furbulousstyles.com. While tips are not required, they are welcomed as a gesture of sophistication and appreciation for our groomer/stylist. Please note that pricing is subject to change.

    Photographs: We reserve the right to take photographs and videos of your dog for use on our website and social media. This helps us create great memories with your dog and supports our marketing efforts. Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with this.
